We prioritize areas to improved base around current plans for USGS 3DHP. Improvements within a HUC include reviewing all waterbodies to ensure they are still valid and spatially accurate. Where existing hydro-breaklines exist, we replace and/or add existing waterbodies with the newer geometry and append attributes were applicable.
